Ben has held management roles in workplace learning and development at The Walt Disney Company, The Coca-Cola Company, The Fresh Market and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. A seasoned professional with solid experience in talent development, recruitment, project management, learning delivery and facilitation, Ben works side-by-side with Strayer@Work clients to develop innovative solutions for workplace learning and performance strategy.
Attuned to the latest industry trends in learning design, delivery, technology and execution, Ben brings a big-picture perspective to instructional design and development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management is from the University of Tennessee and the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance credential with the Association for Talent Development.
