For more than 20 years, Howard has created innovative corporate partnerships to maximize business results in senior roles at Strayer University, AARP and The Walt Disney Company. At AARP, he managed partnerships across multiple industries including travel, retail, dining, entertainment, and technology. At Disney, he worked with global companies to integrate and activate their brands throughout theme parks and resorts.
Howard earned a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations (ILR). He serves on the board of directors of the Heart of America Foundation and the Cornell ILR Alumni Association.
