“By leveraging your bulk purchasing power, you can offer employees a unique and powerful benefit: a no-cost, no-debt college degree from a Middle States-accredited university.”
In a competitive marketplace, Degrees@Work creates a unique and powerful advantage for your company. By leveraging your bulk purchasing power, you can offer employees a no-cost, no-debt college degree. With Degrees@Work, you can attract and retain talent—and provide your team with the core skills needed to improve performance.
Employees enrolled in Degrees@Work will benefit from Strayer’s 120-year track record of serving working adults. We are accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education*, and offer associate, bachelor’s and graduate degrees, including our innovative MBA degrees. Employees can also simply take courses in subjects such as accounting, finance, information technology and marketing.
Your employees will be supported by an admissions officer and a Success Coach who provide personalized attention and guidance as they choose their courses and take advantage of support services at the University. A flexible class schedule is critical for working adults, so courses are offered online or on campus. We’ll also work with employees to determine if previous academic achievement, military service, work experience and training courses can be used towards college credit.
Beyond the robust benefits that all Strayer students enjoy, Degrees@Work offers additional advantages. The Strayer@Work team will develop customized courses to help employees learn business principles that are uniquely relevant to your company and industry.
Let our team help you stand apart from the competition. In addition to serving your employees, we’ll also provide marketing and communications expertise to help activate the Degrees@Work program within your organization, and have the ability to work with your media relations team to place stories in local and national news channels and social media outlets.
